Brecon Synergy Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of DBH Holdings Sdn Bhd has signed a collaboration agreement with Christ College Brecon, one of the oldest and most successful independent schools in the UK, to set up its first international school outside of the UK.
DBH Holdings is a fast-growing diversified company, with a particular interest in education. The company was founded in 2015 and is based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. According to its managing director, Datuk How Tze Fook, the company is delighted to join with Christ College Brecon to establish this new school in Malaysia. The links between both schools will be extensive and the company will seek opportunities for exchanges, visits and mutual collaboration. The school will be a fully-fledged sister school in every way and will be known as King Henry VIII College.

King Henry VIII College will accommodate 1,500 pupils on a modern, spacious campus with state-of-the-art facilities for learning, sport, drama, and many other activities.
