 The Ministry of Education invites students (Form 1 to  5) to apply for this year’s Sports Scholarship

Deadline

 31 March 2013

Criteria

• Open to Form 1 to 5 students studying in government schools, government aided schools and government assisted religious schools
• Malaysian citizens
• Excellent performance in sports and can represent the state in the MSSM
• Priority to be given to school athletes involved in High Performance Sports School (SPTS), National High Performance Sports and other sports determined by the Ministry of Education
• Is not a recipient of any scholarship from the government or other NGOs

How to apply

• Applicants should fill in the form HERE
• Please refer to the Form Code Guide to  help complete the application form
• Applications must be endorsed by the School Principal
• Completed forms should have copies of certificates of sports performance and should be sent to the Unit HEM/Sports Unit, State Education Department
