About Seri Omega International School
Situated near the Senai International Airport, Johor, Seri Omega International School opened its doors in the year 2009 and offers International secondary education with the option for boarding.Seri Omega International School offers Primary Education (Year One to Six) and Secondary ( Year Seven to Eleven) which culminates into the Cambridge "O" levels or IGCSE at secondary education level. Both certificates are offered by Cambridge University and are acceptable in all English-Speaking countries worldwide. The examinations and teaching accreditation is monitored and certified by Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) which provides the school and its teaching staff a solid guideline. The school places a great emphasis on the English language. Being the main medium of instruction at the school, Seri Omega has a "Speaking English" policy that applies to all students and teachers during school hours. This is to encourage students to practise and embrace the English language, putting it to practical use on a daily functional basis. The school also offers Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as second language options for all students.
The recently completed Senai campus, two kilometers away from Bandar Senai is a 10 acres area nestled amid athe garden-concept school with complete state-of-the-art facilities, which includes 90 air-conditioned classrooms, sciene labs and a air-conditioned multipurposed hall, capable of seating 1,200 people. Seri Omega International school shares this campus with Seri Omega Private School. Seri Omega International School is reputable for its high standard of security. The school compound is guarded 24 hours by well-trained security guards and a large network of CCTV's. The student hostels is also safely secured with security personel and CCTV's. Students are escorted by wardens if there is a need to go to town for shopping.
