77% Distinction in 2018 CAIE IGCSE Examinations at elc International School

elc International School however are anything but normal, evidenced by the stunning results pulled off by the Class of 2017/18 during the 2018 CAIE IGCSE exams. 

A staggering 77% achieved distinctions (A* or A) overall, one of the best set of results in the region for IGCSE examinations. Over the past ten years elc has managed to maintain an average of approximately 74% distinction, consistently academically outperforming schools in the region.

The 2018 CAIE IGCSE results look even more astounding when juxtaposed against the world average. For chemistry, 92.1% of elc International School students achieved a distinction versus just 47.5% worldwide. The trend continues for subjects like Accounting, Business Studies, Ad. Mathematics, Art & Design, Biology, Mandarin, French, Mathematics and more, with students from elc International School ahead by a good margin.
