Government to launch Sabah, Sarawak Rural Education Development Transformation Plan

?According to Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, a comprehensive Rural/Interior Education Development Transformation Plan for Sarawak and Sabah will be announced in the near future.The federal government was committed to improve the two states' education standard, specifically in the rural areas, said Muhyiddin.
The plan is targeted at raising Sabah and Sarawak's quality of education to be on par with other states."As the Education Minister, I agree that schools throughout Sabah should be improved, for those in need of repairs and additional facilities." he said.
