REAL Schools: Let's all be REAL

R.E.A.L Schools is an educational institution committed towards transforming students through active learning.

The school was established in 1985, they have been nurturing students to achieve real transformation and success through holistic education of exceptional standards. R.E.A.L Schools has expanded to six schools offering both International and National curriculums spread across three campuses in Cheras, Shah Alam and Johor Bahru (JB).

With a history that spans over 30 years, R.E.A.L Schools students are inspired to explore lessons beyond books and classrooms by being exposed to an experiential, hands-on approach that fosters a lifelong love and knowledge towards learning.

R.E.A.L is an acronym for Results Enhancing through Active Learning, the school believes through challenging the norms and adopting collaborative learning, students are able to experience continuous improvement or transformation.

Brief History

R.E.A.L Schools was first founded as Sekolah Sang Suria in a small bungalow in Cheras with a humble beginning of just 40 students. The school quickly outgrew its first home and was soon moved to its present 10-acre land within a peaceful environment in Cheras, taking on the name Sekolah Seri Suria. Today, the school is known as R.E.A.L Schools, Suria Campus, Cheras, KL

By 1999, R.E.A.L Schools' progress has led to the expansion of the Cahaya Campus, which was established in Shah Alam, Selangor. The Cahaya campus was the first among the branches to offer internationl curriculum in 2008. Also in the same year, another Cahaya Campus then followed suit, opening its doors in Johor Bahru, becoming the third and newest member of the R.E.A.L Schools family.

R.E.A.L's Secret, Enhanced Curriculum

R.E.A.L Schools' success lies in the very curriculum that they have fostered. Ever since the school was established, they understood that majority of Malaysian parent's prefer their children to excel in 3 subjects; Math, Science and English.

In order to provide high quality results among students, the schools' solution was to have an Enhanced curriculum added on to the core curriculum. The Singaporean Curriculum is known for it's competitiveness and high benchmark. By practicing the Singaporean syllabus discipline in Mathematics, Science and English, R.E.A.L Schools produces students who're competent in the three subjects.

R.E.A.L Schools provide the Singapore Syllabus only in 2 campuses; their Suria Campus in Cheras and their Cahaya Campus in Shah Alam.
