From the outset, the brief to the design team was to support our commitment to a sustainable future. The ultimate goal was to create low energy, low carbon campus that maximises biodiversity, provides educational opportunities, and at the same time creates the optimum 21st Century learning environment for our students.” Mr Madani continued, “Delivering any major development is always challenging, and the cross-section of awards received for our campus demonstrates we achieved this goal. Our vision has been realised through a successful partnership between ISKL’s community, designers HOK, Veritas and AECOM, and the contractor Sunway Construction.” The awards are a testament to the robust stakeholder engagement environment that was created and ISKL’s unwavering commitment to creating a sustainable campus.
