GAINS Education Group Received Corporate Excellence for APEA 2022

SHAH ALAM - GAINS Education Group, the holding company of award-winning brands Genius Aulad, IDRISSI International School and Sekolah Tinta received the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) for entrepreneurial and corporate excellence, after its proven resilience to date.

To note, the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) celebrates entrepreneurs that strive for excellence, spurring greater innovation, fair practices and growth in entrepreneurship. Cited as the trailblazer and forefront in early childhood and K-12 education, GAINS is one of the education service providers that is seen ready to adapt quickly since the pandemic hit.

“This award is very meaningful to all of us at GAINS Education Group. To be here after two years of pandemic and receive this award, it was such an honour and this special award has definitely given us the testament of the team’s resiliency throughout the challenges. This will definitely become our motivation to move forward for more exciting challenges to come. In this opportunity, I would like to dedicate this award to all our educators and staff of Genius Aulad, IDRISSI International School and Sekolah Tinta ㅡ our subsidiaries, for their hard work and dedication,” said Julie Wong, the Chief Executive Officer of GAINS Education Group.

COVID-19 resulted in school shuts; temporarily and permanently. These challenges, however, did not deter the passionate group of educators and staff under GAINS to continue embarking on the new landscape of education and recording its year-to-year growth. Despite the effects of the pandemic continuing to be felt across the world, GAINS remains focused on the recovery and growth which includes education exports to Qatar and its future plans for edtech.

Julie added, “We are moving progressively towards our target which is mainly to bring our education and values cross-border. We will open IDRISSI School @ EduCity, Iskandar Puteri in September this year which is accessible from Singapore, Malaysia Qatar International School by 2023 and more franchises of Genius Aulad and other schools under GAINS. GAINS will also venture into edtech solutions, and is expected to gain increased growth by 2025,” added Julie, as the company gears towards digital transformation and future-proof education. 

Genius Aulad, IDRISSI International School and Sekolah Tinta are known for the commonly shared value-based environment, which entails the success of GAINS.
