Funded by the Central Agency for German Schools Abroad (ZfA) and awarded ‘Excellent German School Abroad’, the German School Kuala Lumpur (DSKL) is unique in Malaysia. The primary aim of DSKL is to provide a profound education based on the German Education System leading to German school-leaving qualifications. The school provides education for students from Kindergarten including Preschool (1 year) to Primary School (4 years) and thereafter Secondary School (8 years) which leads to the German University Entrance Qualification DIA (Deutsches Internationales Abitur). In addition to focusing on academic excellence, DSKL offers its students to gain intercultural experience by familiarizing themselves with the history, culture and everyday life of Malaysia. Besides individual support and shared teaching lessons with assistants, DSKL provides a wide range of all-day programs.
