About Epsom College in Malaysia (ECiM)

Epsom College Malaysia (ECM) is a British international boarding school located in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan, approximately 15 minutes from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The school operates on a 50-acre purpose-built campus and provides education from Early Years through Sixth Form, covering students aged approximately 3–19.

Epsom College Malaysia is the sister school of Epsom College UK, combining the British boarding-school tradition with an Asian and international context. The school places strong emphasis on academic achievement, pastoral care, character development, leadership and preparing students for university and future careers.

The school describes its educational philosophy around kindness, integrity and ambition with purpose, with students encouraged to develop confidence, resilience and a sense of responsibility.

Students enter Key Stage 4 in Years 10–11 and work towards their Cambridge IGCSE examinations.

One of the school's distinctive features is the level of choice offered to students. Depending on their interests, attainment and pathway, students can select between 5 and 11 IGCSE subjects.

This allows students to create a more personalised academic programme while maintaining the internationally recognised IGCSE qualification.

Years 12–13 form Epsom's Sixth Form.

Students work towards Cambridge International A Levels, choosing approximately 3–5 subjects based on their intended university and career pathways.

The Sixth Form programme is designed to prepare students for university through:

Academic specialisation

Independent learning

Critical thinking

University guidance

Leadership

Personal development

Epsom reports that its Class of 2025 matriculated at universities ranked within the UK's Top 10, according to its current school profile.

Students can also access EAL support where required.
