About Excelsior International School (EIS)
Excelsior International School (EIS) is spread over 20 acres of land area next to the Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) campus in Bandar Seri Alam. EIS has information technology, science and multimedia laboratories, a range of sporting and recreational amenities such as an Olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis courts, full-sized soccer field, running tracks, art and craft laboratories, drama and dance studios and a fully equipped auditorium.Excelsior International School' curricula with the Singapore Ministry of Education’s curriculum, especially in mathematics and science. The three Preschool curricula which includes Early Years, Montessori and Emergent.
The Junior school (Grades 1 - 5) uses the Cambridge International Primary Programme. The Middle school uses the Cambridge Lower Secondary Programme for Grades 6 - 8 and the the University of Cambridge curriculum, leading to the IGCSE examinations for Grades 9 and 10.
High School (Grades 11 & 12) offers either the IB Diploma Programme or the GCE A Levels programme. The school opened its door to the first intake of students in September 2013.
Excelsior International School is spread over 20 acres of land in Bandar Seri Alam, with a built-up area of at least 230,000 square feet, excluding the staff and students’ residences.
Security at the school is provided by round the clock 24 hours security personnel and CCTV coverage around the school. Boarding facilities at EIS provides students a unique experience of living on campus and building new friendship amongst friends.
The school has a 500 seater auditorium which serves as host to a number of functions and events at the school while the school's academic facilities includes classrooms and dedicated learning spaces for languages, science, arts and technology which are equipped with modern facilities that include Wi-Fi.
The school also boast a range of indoor and outdoor sporting facilities that include an Olympic sized swimming pool, running tracks, football fields and tennis courts.
