Malacca Expatriate School is a co-educational, international school. Established in 1980, MES provides a British International Curriculum to the expatriate and local community in Melaka, Malaysia. The academic year runs from the beginning of September until the end of July.

MES is a Cambridge International Examinations Centre and follows the Cambridge curriculum at both primary and secondary level. Students who obtain IGCSE qualifications are well prepared for further academic studies in Malaysia or internationally. They may progress to study AS and A Level or the International Baccalaureate Diploma leading to higher education at university. They are also equipped with the skills needed for immediate employment.
