About REAL Schools Cheras
R.E.A.L Schools, Suria Campus, Cheras was established in 1985 and is their pioneer campus with the largest student population of the three campuses. Also known as Sekolah Seri Suria, it is built on its current 10-acre land of peaceful settings within the vicinity of Cheras, 20 kilometres south east of Kuala Lumpur (KL) city.The primary and secondary schools under REAL Schools follow the national curriculum. REAL Schools each student as individual, and as such is committed to ensuring that the various academic needs of the students are met in order to nurture them into happy, confident, effective, motivated and independent lifelong learners. This is the core and essence of the REAL educational experience.
Although the medium of instruction is Bahasa Malaysia, they place equal emphasis on both English and Mandarin proficiency by making them compulsory subjects across all levels. Their students are well-equipped with linguistic competencies required for entrance to universities, as well as to sit for the HSK test - China’s only standardized test of Chinese language proficiency for foreign students.
REAL School is extensively equipped with air-conditioned classrooms and labs, dedicated arts and dance facilities, a conducive and large library and resources centre. All of this is aimed at fostering a creative and focused learning environment for the students.
