About Sekolah Taman Ilmu Dan Budi (SETIABUDI)
Established in 2000, Sekolah Taman Ilmu Dan Budi (SETIABUDI) highlights the concepts of a "One Stop Center" that emphasises the integration of academic curriculum and Islamic teachings. In the earlier stage, the school was under the administration of International Islamic School (IIS). The school was registered under Sekolah Al- Jamiah but later it was replaced to Sekolah Taman Ilmu Dan Budi or better known as SETIABUDI. SETIABUDI was officially registered under Ministry of Education in July 2003.SETIABUDI follows the Malaysian National Curriculum, for Year 1-3 and Year 4-6, the school uses KSSR and KBSR respectively. Meanwhile, KBSM is used for Form 1 to Form 5. The school also teaches Islamic subjects. Teaching staff in SETIABUDI have implemented some student development programs. Mentor Mentee (group of 5-6 students and 1 teacher as mentor), smart solat, Ibadah Camp, and Dadan Dakwah Dan Rohani (BADAR) are some samples of such programs.
Islamic and International environment approach, being one-stop education Centre (pre-schooling to SPM), having School Based Assessment (PBS) and being wholly owned and monitored by International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) are the main reasons that parents enroll their kids in SETIABUDI.
The school provides boarding accommodation for students at Secondary level. Providing the best of comfort and security, boarding students enjoy dedicated pastoral care from the staff as well as enjoy a new experience at the school.
The school provides adequate sporting facilities both indoor and outdoor which gives students options for a range of activities outside of the classroom.
