WMSSP offers the National Curriculum for secondary schools, Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Menengah (KSSM), for Form 1 to Form 5 students which culminate in Pentaksiran Tingkatan 3 in Form 3 and Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) in Form 5.

Students are required to sit for the Entrance Assessment Test (EAT) before enrolling into WMSSP. The test covers English, Mathematics and Bahasa Melayu questions and followed by an interview with the Principal.
Students are encouraged to participate in any of the various clubs, societies, sports, uniform bodies and more. The activities are as follows (but not limited to):
