About Sri Emas International School
Sri Emas International School operates on the philosophy that learning environments are multidimensional, so the learning process is not confined to just the classrooms. Coursework, revision, practices, presentations and the likes are frequently taken out of the traditional framework and brought into more engaging environments. The school does not have class rankings or academic streaming and instead focuses on a culture of community and real-life activities where all students' successes are celebrated.Teaching and Learning
Sri Emas International School's curriculum is designed internally to immerse students in a challenging educational experience while providing a balance in creating individual students that are well rounded. The academic programme is entirely developed by the school and it culminates in taking the Cambridge IGCSE exams, one of the world’s most recognized certificates of secondary education.
Through a partnership with the world’s leader in youth training, Seeds Training, students at Sri Emas go through a leadership training programme over the course of 4 years that focuses on helping students acquire life skills and establishing their personal values and identity to face future global challenges.
Sri Emas International School places a great emphasis on using ICT tools to aid and enrich the teaching and learning experience here at Sri Emas. From the classrooms equipped with ICT tools to handheld tablets, the school's approach to teaching and learning is greatly aided by ICT.
