About Tanarata International School
Tanarata International Schools, TiS is a multicultural, multiracial and multinational community with roots in Malaysia. It is a co-educational institution established in September 2007 by founder and principal, Barnali Guha.Teachers, administrators and staff at TiS all seek to create mutually rewarding relationships with students and to help them accomplish their personal development. The school takes into account the students' opinions in. TiS encourages ongoing family involvement. The school also provides formalized learning and informal opportunities designed exclusively for parents.
Tanarata International Schools uses the British National Curriculum, emphasising a progressive, empowering and pluralistic environment. The students are expected to set high standards for themselves and are accountable for meeting them.
Classes are small, enabling each student to benefit from teachers' attention. All teachers are selected with great care based on their academic excellence, teaching histories and commitment to high ethical standards.
Located in a 5 acre area, the school is situated in a serene and lush campus with rolling hills and a fish pond. The facilities at Tanarata International Schools guarantees that every student of the school is able to enjoy and fully utilise the amenities provided by the school.
Facilities at the school include support amenities for children with special needs, boating and fishing facilities, 3 block of classrooms and dedicated learning spaces. The lake also provides the view for students and teachers alike during lunch as the open-air cafeteria faces the lake.
Due to it's proximity to an equestrian club, the school also offers students the great opportunity to experience horse riding. Sporting facilities are located at a large play yard with a football field and courts for tennis, badminton and basketball.
