According to The 2016 Hays Asia Salary Guide, 53% of Malaysians consider salary and benefits as a top priority when choosing a job.A survey by Salary Explorer revealed that Malaysians scored only 2.42 in salary satisfaction, just a little higher than global average of 2.36. Seems like the world generally feels that their salaries do not commensurate with their work load or cater for their basic commitments.
