At Australian International School Malaysia, the calendar is never quiet. World Scholar's Cup — Chiang Mai, Thailand (2025)
In June 2025, 32 AISM students travelled to Chiang Mai to compete in the World Scholar's Cup (WSC) Regional Round at Panyaden International School. The WSC is a global academic competition involving collaborative writing, team debates, and a Scholar's Bowl across six subject areas. Competing internationally, these students not only tested their knowledge — they represented AISM on a world stage.
The Hague International Model United Nations (THIMUN)
AISM students have participated in THIMUN — one of the most prestigious Model United Nations conferences in the world, held in the Netherlands — where they debated global issues alongside students from leading international schools across the globe.
AISM 25th Anniversary Celebrations
In 2025, AISM marked its 25th anniversary with a special whole-school assembly bringing together students, parents, staff, and distinguished guests — including Her Excellency Ms Danielle Heinecke, Australian High Commissioner to Malaysia. The celebration recognised two and a half decades of educational excellence and community building.
Pool Reopening Celebration
AISM recently marked the reopening of its 25-metre swimming pool with a campus-wide event featuring student performances, swim relays, and a vibrant community gathering. Events like these reflect the school's belief that community milestones deserve to be celebrated together.
Walkathon and Team-Building Day

Annual Performing Arts Productions
Each year, AISM stages at least one major dramatic production — recent years have included Mamma Mia and Into the Addams Family — alongside music showcases including AISM's Got Talent, AISM ROCKS, and the Music Academy Concert.
