About Beaconhouse International School - Sri Inai Campus
As part of the Beaconhouse School System our students benefit from a breadth of a truly international environment. We value the principles of a child-centred learning environment and our students enjoy a mix of different educational experiences both in and out of the classroom.Beaconhouse International School has a fully equipped library, science labs, ICT labs, specialist language, art and performing arts areas as well as a Multipurpose Hall, Swimming Pool, Futsal, Basketball and Badminton courts. All classrooms are furnished with the latest facilities to enhance their learning and provide the students with the opportunity to follow and achieve their dreams.
Beaconhouse Preschool, Primary, and Secondary teachers are highly trained and experienced professionals. Our teachers are specialist in their field and all the students benefit from specialist subject teacher whether they are in year one or year ten. We pride ourselves developing our students into lifelong learners who value knowledge and its application. Our students not only have passion and thirst for knowledge but are confident risk-takers who use a range of skills to problem solve. Beaconhouse International School students are involved in both National and International competitions and have the opportunity to represent Beaconhouse Malaysia at our Beaconhouse International School Student Convention where we compete in a range of STEAM and sports competitions against teams from our sister countries.
At Beaconhouse International School - Sri Inai we encourage independent thinking and research, providing a nurturing environment both in and out of the classroom. Beaconhouse Preschool, Primary, and Secondary students have access to a dedicated class teacher who will support them in their academic and pastoral development as they grow. They have access to a variety of different cultures and experience a truly global educational experience. The academic programme is supported by an after school programme providing the students with the opportunity to experience and learn new skills.
Beaconhouse Sri Inai International School offers both Primary and Secondary Cambridge International Examination Programmes. Each programme’s curriculum delivers a broad, balanced, coherent and consistent platform of learning with clear and smooth progression routes designed for the needs of all learners.
At Beaconhouse school, assessment is an integral component of each subject’s curriculum. Cambridge International Examinations provide a standard testing structure. Our assessment includes Cambridge Progression Tests, Cambridge Progress Checker and Cambridge Checkpoints. These assessments also enable us to:
Identify learner strengths and weaknesses of individuals and class groups
Develop further teaching and learning support using diagnostic feedback
Provide learners with a statement of achievement for Cambridge Primary Checkpoint at the end of their Primary Curriculum.
Students will also receive a statement of achievement for Cambridge Secondary 1 Checkpoint at the end of Year 9
Cambridge IGCSE: A two year programme (Year 10 & 11) Assessment takes place at the end of the course. There are range of assessment options, including written, oral, coursework and practical. Grades are benchmark using eight internationally recognized tiers with clear guidelines to explain the level of achievement.
Cambridge assessments inform schools and learners of the depth of understanding and acquisition of specified subject skills. Assessment of specific and transparent educational standards enable the benchmarking of learner achievement on a school, National and International scale.

Primary: ClassDojo; Secondary: Edmodo. PTC every term for both Primary and Secondary. Coffee Mornings and Academic overview meetings.
- Safety and Security of the Beaconhouse School: The school is housed in a residential area and is an enclosed guarded Campus.
- School Discipline: Students follow a code of conduct which encourages them to be upstanding citizens within our community as well as outside school. They follow a PSHE programme which addresses behaviour and emphasises the positive aspects.
- Homework: Students will have homework each week. The time allocation ranges from 20 mins per night in KS1 to 1 hour 30 per subject per week for the IGCSE classes. Parents are informed of the homework tasks through the communication apps
- 2nd Language Options: Students study Malay and Mandarin. From year 5 they may opt for French
- Transportation: There is a comprehensive list of transporters available for parents caving a wide catchment area. Details can be obtained from the Admissions Officer.
